Josh joined True North in 2016 after 10 years in the banking and financial services industry. Josh is a skilled financial analyst and strategic planner with a thorough knowledge of capital markets. He has previously led corporate financial analysis and risk management functions at a large community bank and provided investment advisory, trust, and estate planning services for private clients.
At True North, Josh is responsible for building financial models, fulfilling buy-side and sell-side client information requests, assisting in the development of shareholder transition plans, and participating in corporate and nonprofit strategy development.
Josh earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Miller College of Business at Ball State University, an MBA from Taylor University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Outside of the office, Josh serves at his church and is board treasurer at A Hope Center. He and his wife, Lauren, have two children. They are active in their church, enjoy spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors.
